Metropolitan Place II offers some of the best amenities in downtown Madison.

An on-site property manager is available to assist residents with move-ins and other day-to-day requirements.  With approval of the home owner, the manager will sign for packages and dry cleaning.  Items will then be placed in a secured package room for convenient pick-up by owners 24/7.

On the 2nd floor, Metropolitan Place residents enjoy private access to a nicely appointed fitness center with a variety of exercise equipment, television, water fountain and restroom.

If you prefer to be outdoors, the one acre secured private park is perfect for your lifestyle.  The east side of the park offers a large walking track perfect for outdoor exercise.  And a newly planted garden area graces the west side of the park.  Residents can access the park via the 6th floor.

Need to exercise your pet?  A gated dog run is located just to the east of the Mifflin Street garage entrance.  Metropolitan Place is very pet friendly.  It even offers a pet elevator! 

Topping off the list of amenities are over 20 private, secured guest parking stalls that can be used day or night by your visiting family and friends.  (Refer to the Resident Handbook for more information.)
